I have a beautiful new 3 bedroom home which l share with one current female flatemate.
I work as a childhood teacher (32 ) and enjoy outdoor activities. I ride horses most Saturdays and attend Life Church. My other flat mate works fulltime and also enjoys the outdoors. We would like another female similar age to us (so no males or couples sorry)
All the modern conveniences, dishwasher, induction cook top, washer, dryer and ducted heatpump
If you feel like chilling out at home you can enjoy Netflix, Disney Plus and Neon on the comfy couch.
The room is a double which would fit a Queen/double bed and a set of drawers. It has good light and a decent wardrobe with shelves.
The street is quiet, so parking directly outfront is very safe and parking on driveway at times is also possible. Great storage in garage and in attic space.
ROOM AVAILABLE 7th Feb but this can be negotiated earlier if needed.
The house is lovely, warm and sunny with a great openplan kitchen lounge leading onto a private back yard with a covered outdoor area good for entertaining.
The house is furnished and double bed and bedside table could be provided if required. You will share the bathroom with my other flatmate as l have my own bathroom.
Chores are equally divided, as well as power and internet (approx $20 (summer)-$30(winter months) PW). The garden and lawns you don't have to worry about.
