There are two existing flatmates, both christian females in mid-late 20's. We are hoping to find another christian female in their 20's or 30's to join the flat. One flatmate is moving out at the end of April but will keep their room so they can come back to Wellington to visit. So after April you would be living with only 1 other person (costs remain the same).
The house is in great condition, with a large open plan living upstairs; and bedrooms, laundry and bathroom downstairs. It has a small deck in the back yard, as well as some garden space if you like planting.
The available room has a built in wardrobe and double glazing. It is approximately 2.5m by 3.4m minus the wardrobe (see images for layout). The house is fully furnished, but the bedroom is empty, we have included photos with furniture in the bedroom to give an idea of scale.
Rent is $240 per week, which includes rent, power, water and internet. The room is available immediately with flexible move in options.
