We are looking for a female to join us in our lovely home in Aidanfield, near Wigram. You will be sharing a house with me (a researcher/writer), my young adult daughter, and our dog (who lives outdoors). We have a warm and peaceful home. The bedroom is a double with a huge wardrobe. We can provide some furniture if needed. The kitchen/dining/living area is open plan with access out to the sunny courtyard. The board payment is $200 per week (includes power and fibre connection) if you do your own meals. If you want some meals provided, I am happy to discuss that. Bond is 2 weeks rent. Our street is quiet and backs onto a reserve with lots of walking/biking tracks nearby, and quick access to Nga Puna Wai sport hub (Canterbury athletics, netball, tennis, and rugby league facility). We are equally close to the Wigram shops and New World supermarket, and to the the Halswell shopping area, pools, and library. There are bus stops close by. If you have a car there is off-street parking and it's just a 12 minute drive into the city. The room is available mid-Feb or possibly earlier. No pets, smokers, or couples please.
