• Available: Now
• Rent: $240/wk incl internet + expenses (Power is split at the end of the month and household necessities i.e. cleaning products and toilet paper will be evenly split between the flatmates as bills are received)
• Parking: Can park on the driveway or on-street parking
• Has cameras outside the property for security
• Room: Double-size rooms (one room has a single bed and study desk available for use but can easily fit a double/queen-size bed); each room has a built-in wardrobe with a mirror
• Location: Acland Park, Rolleston
• In the area: 10 mins drive to Lincoln University; about 5 mins drive to Rolleston Square (shops/groceries/banks/cafes/gas stations)
• Ideal flatmate: three flatmates who are clean & tidy, responsible, respectful, considerate, and friendly. The property is a home, and we are looking for someone who would treat it as such. Sorry, no pets. No smokers.
