One room is large. Cost is $165 per week (excluding power, internet and shared supplies). Bed and all furniture is provided.

Power, internet and shared flat supplies is normally around $30 per week. It may change depending on usage.

Location is within easy distance of Tokoroa (20min) , Rotorua (40min), Tauranga (45min), Tirau (12min), Matamata (30min), Cambridge (40min), Te Awamutu (45min) and Hamilton (55min).
House is in a sunny spot on a quiet col-du-sac with great neighbours. Has a heat pump, dishwasher, garage, huge back yard with gardens, front and back decks.
A pet ringneck bird also lives here.
