kitchenette with fridge, microwave, benchtop oven and 2 hobs.
It can come unfurnished or semi-furnished.
Price includes power, water, wifi and shared council rubbish removal.
We are within walking distance of Tauranga Hospital, Gate Pa Shopping Centre and many bus routes to the city/Mount etc.
Parking is on the lawn in front of the house.
