In general, I'm quiet, however when it comes to singing worship songs, I can be quite loud! So I try to be mindful when I sing. If this is going to be a problem, please let me know upfront so I can be more aware.
As of now, I'm unemployed, but I would be able to pay rent and bills.
I'm clean and tidy. I appreciate fellowship with other born again Christians, but I'm also an introvert who really needs quiet time.
Ideally, I'm looking for a self-contained flat or studio. But if that's not available, then a flat share situation. Bedroom needs to be downstairs. And have a garage or carport or parking available in the driveway on the property.
In terms of location, I prefer Christchurch, however I will also consider the nearby surrounding areas.
